Introduction

To launch the Ford Mustang Shelby GT500 during the North American International Auto Show (NAIAS) 2019, Ford wanted to give visitors a special experience of their new car. The event consisted of the Press Show for 750 guests and then a daily public show for the trade fair visitors. Our team traveled to Detroit 2 weeks before the start to install the 750 Lenovo Mirage Solo sets and make further preparations. Ford had the desire to control the VR Sync software from their theater software “Watch Out”. We have developed the software modification for this and we provided integration on location. We also trained the local staff and ran rehearsals for several days to ensure that the shows went perfectly.
