The Realwear HMT-1 can be controlled hands-free. Thanks to 4 digital microphones and advanced algorithms, the voice recognition software can work with industrial background noises of around 95 Db.
The Realwear HMT-1 is mainly used for remote expert use cases, during inspections, repairs and maintenance works. The Realwear HMT-1 has a camera with which the users environment can be easily recorded and shared. This allows work to be carried out more effectively and with more knowledge.
Furthermore, the Realwear HMT-1 is the only AR set on the market that holds an Atex zone 1 certification. The Realwear HMT-1z1 (Atex version) makes it possible to take an AR set into highly volatile and flammable environments

It is possible to cast to an external display/ monitor if the Realwear.explorer app is installed. Please note that the headset and the laptop are on the same WiFi connection.
No, control by means of a controller is not possible. However, a mobile connection is possible, which makes controlling the HMT-1 easier.
The audio jack makes it possible to connect headphones. Special headphones for Realwear can be found here.
The headset is equipped with a GPS and also has a Gyroscope / Digital compass. This can be combined with different technologies for internal locations.
VR-Expert offers various accessories. Including spare batteries, soundproof earpieces and Hard Hat clips.
